Founder
Ben Coppola
Ben grew up watching his family’s Mercedes-Benz dealership serve the Merrimack Valley for more than a century, where customers were treated like neighbors and integrity was never negotiable. Those experiences shaped the way he leads today. At Northstar Fence & Rail, Ben is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience while building a company that values people, quality, and long-term relationships above everything else. Born and raised in Haverhill, Ben still resides there with his family of four. Outside of work, he enjoys boating and fishing in Newburyport and has a lifelong passion for anything with wheels or a motor—from excavating equipment and dirt bikes to Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

Jack Aiello
Growing up in a family-owned fence company that has served Connecticut for over thirty years, Jack learned early that success isn’t measured by the number of projects completed—it’s earned through trust, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. Those values became the foundation of Northstar Fence & Rail. Today, Jack is committed to building a company known for exceptional service, honest relationships, and helping local businesses and communities thrive for generations to come. Jack lives in Medfield, where he enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf whenever he gets the chance—although anyone who knows him will tell you that he is rarely far from work.
Business Development and Operations
Ananda Weafer
Ananda’s greatest priority has always been raising her three children and supporting them in everything they do. Raising her family in Medfield has given her a strong connection to the community and an appreciation for businesses that are local, dependable, and built on genuine relationships. She brings experience in administration, customer service, and business operations to Northstar Fence & Rail, where she helps lead business development, marketing, and the overall customer experience. Ananda is committed to ensuring every customer feels informed, valued, and confident throughout their project. Outside of work, she is happiest cheering on her children at their sporting events, spending time with her three dogs, and enjoying pickleball, golf, and yoga.
